Angela Salva (Alexander)

Angela Marie Salva, also known as Angie, Departed August 13, 2023, in Garland, Texas, at the age of 42. She Arrived on July 14, 1981, in Hartford, Wisconsin, to Laura Marie Scheibe and Wayne Anthony Salva Sr. Angie was a strong-willed and fiercely loyal individual who lived life on her own terms. She was unapologetically protective of her family and friends.

Angie had a zest for life and was always seeking new adventures. She loved to travel and explore new places, never afraid of a challenge. She was an adventurous soul who constantly planned for the next exciting journey. Angie had a passion for art, particularly painting, pottery, and engaging in creative projects with her children. She enjoyed being part of any sport or activity that her son Jax was playing or learning. Family night dance parties were a cherished tradition for Angie.

Angie is survived by her beloved husband, Derrick Alexander, and their children, Jaxton Otto and bonus daughter Zahria. She is also survived by her mother, Laura Marie Scheibe, her father, Wayne Anthony Salva Sr., and her brother, Wayne Anthony Salva Jr., and his wife Alysha. Angie will be dearly missed by her mother-in-law, Lillie Wilkerson, her brother-in-law, Kevin Alexander, and his wife Heather. She leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other cherished family members and friends.

Angie's educational journey led her to Texas A&M Commerce, where she pursued higher education. She valued learning and personal growth throughout her life.

A ceremony to honor Angie's life will take place on
Saturday, August 26, 2023, at Springcreek Church, located at 2660 Belt Line Rd, Garland, TX 75044. The gathering will begin at 12:00 pm, followed by the service at 1:00 pm.
Celebration "The Angie Way" to follow at Mom's house. 3:00pm
