Anita Rizzo Obituary
Mrs. Rizzo died September 17, 2014 at her home. She was born in Eldorado, Illinois to Amos Younger and Irene Hartwell. She married A.W. "Skip" Rizzo in 1965 in St. Louis, Missouri. They've been married 50 years. They owned and operated a gas station on 2nd and Priest Street in Killeen, until they retired.
Mrs. Rizzo was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Donald Younger and Terry Younger.
Mrs. Rizzo is survived by her husband A.W. "Skip" Rizzo; Sister Betty McDaniel and her husband Woody of Brea, CA. and Sister Becky Dalba and her husband Nick of Glendale, AZ, sister-in-laws Leona Younger and Lou Stewart. She is also survived by Daughter; Kelly Lynn Rizzo and Lori Jean Somers and her husband John, Sons; Michael Lance Rizzo and Mark Eugene Rizzo all of whom are from Killeen.
Mrs. Rizzo was proud of all her children and 6 Grandchildren: Jay Lornson, Ashley Rizzo, Samantha Rizzo, Megan Somers, Heather Rizzo, Cameron Rizzo and one on the way, and her 5 Great Grandchildren: Samantha, Haley, Ethan, Amilia, and Madison.
A special thank you to Sandra Feegle of Fenton, Missouri for her 60 years of friendship to our beloved mother.

Some people touch your life in a special way. Anita touched mine for over 60 yrs. She was the sweetest friend I ever had. We shared good times and sad times. She was never more the a phone call away and was a constant encouragement to me.
I send my love to Skip and all her children, they were her life and joy. I pray God will give you special comfort and you will cling to the wonderful memories that belong only to your mom, I know I will and I will miss her the rest of my life until we meet again for all eternity

Anita was my sister Sandy's best friend. She has always been part of the Pribble family for as long as I can remember and always will be. She will be missed forever but her love she showed for Sandy and our family will keep us strong till we meet again.

Mike. I"m sad to hear that your mother has passed. I just lost my dad a year ago and it is still. We are out of state or I would have come by. It will get easier with the passage of time. On the bright side she iis resting now but will keep an eye on you.

I love you so much and I'll miss you, Nana! You meant so much to me. I'll always keep a bottle of your perfume with me so I'll remember your scent and look up recipes for the cookies you used to make.
