Ann E. (Wight) Cherney, 95, of Meriden, CT, formally of Southington, CT, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was born on August 10, 1927, in Germany. She is survived by her children, Norman Wight (Brenda), Larry Wight (Elza), Jeffrey Wight (Alison), Michael Wight and Eileen Wight. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the staff of the MidState Medical Center for their compassionate care during this difficult time.

Services shall be private for the immediate family.
