Ann Marie DiCola, 91 of Cabot, formerly of Vandergrift passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2012 in Good Samaritan Hospice, Cabot PA. Born on May 26, 1921 in Noci, Italy, she was a daughter of the late Martino and Apalonia (Franchinni) Roberto and lived most of her life in Vandergrift. A homemaker, Mrs. DiCola was a member of St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church, CD of A and Rosary Society of the church and the former Son's of Italy Club all in Vandergrift and the Italian Sons and Daughters of America. She was a fabulous cook and enjoyed playing cards. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Sebastian DiCola on May 21, 1982; 3 brothers, Arthur, John and Nate Roberto and her daughter-in-law, Rosemarie (Catalino) DiCola. Survivors include a daughter, Rose Ann (Leonard DiGiacomo) DiCola of Gibsonia; 3 sons, Theodore "Ted" (Ruth) DiCola of Selinsgrove PA, Robert DiCola of Leechburg and John DiCola of Vandergrift; grandchildren, Kristin (Dr. Matthew) Krebs of Littlestown PA, Rachel DiCola of North Bergen, NJ, Brian DiCola of Washington DC, Daniel DiCola of Selinsgrove and Allison DiCola of Harrisburg; great grandson, Benjamin Ryan Krebs of Littlestown; and 2 sisters, Pauline Seben of York and Rita Moliterno of Port Matilda. The family will welcome friends on Monday, November 19th from 2-4 & 6-8 pm in the Brady-Curran Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 429 Franklin Avenue, Vandergrift. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church, Vandergrift on Tuesday at 10 am with Father James Loew OSB as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Vandergrift. Contributions may be made in Ann's name to CCAC Educational Foundation 800 Allegheny Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15212 or www.ccac.edu
