On Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Hertzel Hartzberg; loving mother of Ivan and Mary Hartzberg and the late Elaine Nagy; sister of the late Sam, Morris, Jack and Alex Levine, Gertrude Glasser and Ida Friedman; devoted Nana of Benjamin and Betty Hartzberg, Samuel and Rachel Hartzberg, Rebecca and Christopher Lanctot, Deborah and Thomas Crumrine, Jeffrey and Sherry Nagy and Stacey and Chris Cody; loving great-Nana of Jessica, Trey, Taylor Joshua, Talia, Leah, Tyra, Kevin, Kara, Emily and Elizabeth. Ann worked at the Trevi Dress Shop in Shadyside and the Dress Circle for many years. Services at RALPH SCHUGAR CHAPEL, INC., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Friday at 12 noon. Visitation one hour prior to services (11 a.m. - 12 noon). Interment Beth Abraham Cemetery. Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

I am sorry that I didn't get to know your mom sooner than when she fell. In just a few minutes, my mahj friends and I learned what a bright, cheerful, funny and optomistic woman she was.
We all felt privileged to have been able to spend the time while waiting for the EMS. She even joked with the Firemen and the EMS fellas.
Our thoughts are with you and we are sorry for your loss.
