Edmond - Ann Marlene Lehew, passed away peacefully at her home in Edmond, Oklahoma, surrounded by her loving family on Monday, August 26, 2024. Ann was born on May 18, 1932, in Newkirk, Oklahoma, to Ralph and Mildred Leighty, their cherished and only child.

Ann pursued her education at Oklahoma A&M, where she became a proud member of the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority, forging lifelong friendships. During her freshman year, she met Max Lehew, who would become her devoted husband for 70 wonderful years. Together, they built a close-knit family, raising two daughters, Lisa and Lori.

Ann's vibrant spirit and warm heart left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. A devoted fan of the OSU Cowboys, she rarely missed a game. Her passion for shopping and impeccable sense of style were unmatched. Ann cherished the countless family memories at their cabin on the Conejos River.

Ann is survived by her husband, Max Lehew; her daughters, Lisa Stalcup and Lori Bolka (Mike); her five grandchildren: Melissa Franklin (Chris), Meagan Owens (Mark), Courtney Crawford (Brion), Chris Bolka (Aelayna), and Carlie Bolka; and nine great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, 2717 W Hefner Rd, Oklahoma City, on Friday, September 6, 2024 at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.

Ann will forever be remembered for her unwavering love and dedication to her family. As her favorite song proclaims, they all hope to find her once more, somewhere over the rainbow.
