O'HORA (nee Ward) Ann 23 Mount Assumpta, Ballina Died August 31, 2014 We, the family of the late Ann O'Hora, sons Fr. Gerard, Damian and Padraic, daughters-in-law Margaret and Cathy, grandchildren and great grandchildren, brother Johnny & sister Josie, sisters- in-law Attracta and Maeve and brother-in-law Donal, and the extended family wish to express our sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss. We wish to thank all who attended her funeral, especially those who travelled long distances and all who sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy, telephoned or called to the house. A special word of thanks to Regina Deacy and the Cathedral Choir for the uplifting music that enhanced the liturgy and was so consoling; to Catherine Glacken, sacristan and the Cathedral staff for all their help; to Bishop John Fleming, the priests of Killala Diocese and the priests from outside the diocese who attended the removal and concelebrated the funeral Mass; to Bishop John Magee for his presence at the funeral and for conducting the Committal Service in Cloghans Cemetery. Thanks to Dr. Blaise Brunker and to the Mental Health Services, Mercy Road, Ballina for attending so professionally to her medical needs over the years; to Margaret McPhee and the staff of Ard na Greine Nursing Home for their loving care of Ann and for their support to the family over the last three years, to McGowan Funeral Directors for their professionalism and helpfulness over the days of the funeral and to the Management and staff of Ballina Manor Hotel for the meal provided after the burial. Thanks in particular to the friends who were so good to her over the years. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation and thanks. Mass has been offered for your intentions.Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Muredach's Cathedral at 10am on Saturday October 18.
