Ann Pereyma-Fesik (nee Chernawsky), 99, of Crystal Lake, was born on April 4, 1917 in Ukraina, Manitoba, Canada to John and Verna (nee Sawka) Chernawsky. She passed away peacefully on Monday, September 26, 2016 at her home in Crystal Lake.
She is survived by her daughters, Betty Ann (nee Pereyma) Silka, and Donna Maria Pereyma; her grandchildren, Steven John (Jennifer) Silka, Susannah Christine (Robert) Kreher (nee Silka), Dean Raymond Koch, and Dale Lee (Linda) Koch; her great grandchildren, Kimberly Nicole Kreher, Ashley L. (Blake) Cherrington (nee Koch), Roxanne Koch, and Brandon Lee Koch; and her siblings, Nellie Pazuik and Melvin Chambers.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Philip Pereyma; her second husband, Steve Fesik; her daughter, Leonette Barbara Koch-Rebmann (nee Pereyma); and her grandson, Michael Alan Silka.
Her family will receive guests from 2:00pm until time of memorial service at 3:30pm, Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in Ann's name to your favorite animal charity.
