Anna Marie (Carrick) Snow

Anna Marie Carrick Snow, 94, of Brooksville; a loving and much loved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother went home to glory on Wednesday, September 28, 2016. She was born in Sparta, Tennessee on December 20, 1921, to Denny Lee Carrick and Maude Ethel Carrick. Marie married into a Hernando County pioneer family when she married Arthur LeRoy Snow, Sr., on July 14, 1943. In 1955, she and her husband, Roy, founded Snow's Insurance Agency, now Snow & Bell Insurance Agency. She was a member of the Brooksville Church of Christ and a woman of abiding faith. She was a living example of quiet acts of love, kindness, generosity and faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy. She is survived by her brother, Robert Thomas Carrick (Mary Ann); and was preceded in death by her sister, Evelyn Carrick Wallace. She is also survived by her three children, Arthur LeRoy "Roy" Snow, Jr., Robert Bruce Snow (Cynthia), Sharon Snow Bell (Gene); four grandchildren, Brook Bell Mazourek (Randy), Robert Bruce "Bert" Snow, II, Brittany Ann Bell, and Blake Ederington Bell; two great-grandchildren, Snow Anna Mazourek and Dawson Randolph Mazourek, and, an entire community of family and friends. A Visitation will be held Sunday, October 2, 2016 from 3-5 p.m. Brewers, Brooksville Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 3, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Brooksville Church of Christ, 604 Ft. Dade Avenue, Brooksville. A Burial to follow at Lake Lindsey Cemetery.
