Miss and love this lady so much. She was a great person and councilor when I was in high school at Heavener. I tried a few times to skip class in her office Untill she told me stop. RIP to my Amazing Cousin.

In August, 1961, my family moved to Tulsa, OK. That was a lifetime ago but my memories of Anna Lee are vivid. Leo (Junior) Bozeman and I considered Anna Lee our girl friend. We saw each other at school, at church, at her home, walking along the roads, at softball games, basketball games, and anywhere else I thought she might be. One specific memory I have. We were at her house one night when our parents were playing a marble game. She was playing records on the record player. She played, "At the Hop", by Danny and the Juniors. I liked that song then and I still like it. I do remember that she liked music. Another memory was one summer afternoon when Leo Bozeman and Anna Lee were playing on the playground at the school. I could see them from our house and I was so jealous. I saw her a few times at Poteau Junior College (Carl Albert State College) in the 1968-68 school year. I stayed with my grandmother in Shady Point that year before going to the University of Tulsa the next year. It was fun to see her. It is hard to believe that 52 years has come and gone since I last saw her. Girlfriend or not she holds a special place in my heart. Pam, Nancy and Ronnie, my condolences to you. May the God of all Peace surround you, encourage you and carry you through this time of loss. Sincerely, Ken Winfrey, 1547 South Gary Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74104, 918-808-3370

Anna Lee was a very caring, loving and giving friend. In 1977 I was coaching the Women’s Basketball team at Carl Albert Junior College. My husband was transferred and my 3 year old and baby daughters and I were living in the Rangers house at Wister Lake. Our angel Anna Lee picked my girls up at the babysitter, fed bathed and put them to bed for me when we had a basketball game. She loved and helped us unconditionally! I am so thankful that she was my friend. She was a blessing to us! Love u Anna Lee! Pam Lea

Ms.Duncan was certainly a teacher to remember! She was kind, compassionate, sassy and perfect in my eyes. She gave me hobbies I still enjoy. She was one of the reasons I became a teacher. My heart hurts for her family because I know how very special she was. Thank you for sharing your life with the Heavener Wolves!

She made art class so much fun and really inspired people, she was such a great person and teacher, one of my favorite things about her was to hear her laugh, may God's blessings be over her family and friends, y'all are in my prayers.
