My deepest condolences to the Wilson and Fischer families. I knew Anne from our college days at Penn State and later when I lived in Philadelphia. We lost touch when I moved to New York but I have always remembered her as beautiful, kind, joyful person who was always up for a bit of mischief and never shied away from speaking her mind, sharing a laugh, or turning an ordinary moment into something unforgettable. Anne introduced me to glogg parties, a macrobiotic diet, and a cute French guy I briefly fell head over heels over. To be in her presence was to feel instantly seen. May she fly with angels and remain a steadfast presence in your lives. God bless!

From Sandy McMullin -
My heart goes out to the entire Wilson and Fischer families. My last memory of Anne was wonderful. She was so kind and generous to treat the Dunwoody gals: me, her mother Bea, and Luz Diaz, to dinner last summer, outside on the terrace at Merion Golf Club. Such a beautiful summer night with the glowing fireflies and wonderful views. So magical. And life was good. Sending all kinds of love from the McMullin family to the Wilson and Fischer families.

Sending love to the Wilson and Fischer families and all who fiercely loved Anne. There are so many lives she touched... you only had to meet her once to know what an incredibly special and lovable gal she was. Praying for all those who are devastated by her loss, especially her dear mother.

I just learned about the passing of my good friend from Radnor High School, Anne Wilson. I'm Maria Longley and I am so sad to hear the news. Anne was a Swedish beauty along with her sister Louise. I am so sorry her life was cut short, she was an energetic and captivating person who loved to have fun. I recall dressing up for Halloween at Radnor and a special trip we took to Ft. Lauderdale our senior year. I am mourning the loss of Anne from Minnesota where I have lived for 20 years. She was a very special person and my heart aches for Louise, her mom, her husband and children. I was quite shy in high school and Anne gave me as sense of belonging - where there was Anne, there was fun! May she rest in peace. She will be missed.

My deepest heart felt condolences to the entire Fischer family. I had the pleasure and honor to attend Radnor High with Anne and be one of her 79 classmates in addition to playing tennis with her several times. Her beautiful smile was overshadowed by her beautiful heart and energetic and caring demeanor. She will be missed by many but remembered by more. Rest in peace.

Words are never enough. Anne was a shining light and I was so glad to have known her, having joined Merion around the same time. We often teased each other about boy families vs. girl families, the pros and cons of each, of which there are many. The difference between being a mother-in-law of women vs. men as well. I´m sending Adam and her sons and their families all our love and support.

I am so heartbroken to see this news. My deepest condolences. Anne and I worked together at Abbott and were often roommates during our sales meetings. I'm smiling as I write this thinking of so many hilarious times we spent together. She was brilliant, beautiful, fun and funny, and had the kindest, biggest heart you can possibly imagine. The world has lost the most wonderful soul. Sending so much love and peace to Adam and the entire family.

Anne was one of the first friends I made at Merion and we had soo much fun playing together. She was competitive but also knew the main point of the game was to have fun w friends. She is such a huge loss to the Merion community, Radnor and all of us. She was loved by so many and I will and do miss her beautiful smile and spirit.

I met Anne when we were just 12-she was the beautiful blonde with Swedish looks, sassy style, and a smile that could stop traffic. Even then, she was smart, confident, and totally magnetic-capturing the heart of every boy in sight (much to my dismay!).
From sledding at the farm-with a keg of beer to "keep us warm"-to tennis stardom at Radnor High, Anne was always the life of the party, the sparkle in the room. We were inseparable-roommates every summer in Stone Harbor, working just hard enough to fund our love for pretty clothes and the occasional fancy dinner, which was a huge luxury back then. Nights were spent at Fred´s or dancing until sunrise in Wildwood, crashing lifeguard parties like we owned the beach.
At Penn State, we became college roommates-though not without some late-night drama. Anne snored like a freight train, and more than once I had to chuck a shoe across the room to get some sleep (it never worked, but it made me feel better!). We tailgated like champs at football games and always rallied for Sunday brunch to keep the fun rolling.
We stood by each other in our weddings and beyond, never missing a girls´ night or a weekend getaway. I´ll never forget the time Anne hopped on a luggage cart in a hotel parking lot and rolled around like a queen-laughing so hard we could barely breathe.
Anne was my soul sister-woven into the fabric of who I am. Her friendship helped shape my life, gave me joy, and filled my heart with memories that I will treasure forever. Losing her feels like losing a part of myself that can never be replaced. But her spirit, her laughter, her love-they´ll live on in me always. Her memory is and always will be a blessing.
With love and so much gratitude,
Shirley

Beautiful lady. Inside and out. So strong. So loving. I remember first meeting her in the beach in Stone Harbor and thinking she was so glamorous. I still think that. Little did I know then we´d both be affected by pancreatic cancer. She dealt with it so bravely, thinking first about her family and putting herself second. I´m so glad I had the opportunity to know her. It was a privilege to be her friend. God bless you and all who love you. I know your spirit will be present in the lives of those you loved forever.
