Dear Gilles,
I just heard of Anne's passing. She was a strong, passionate and feisty woman, and a wonderful example of how to live life to the fullest. I fondly remember riding with her in our eight horse quadrille not so long ago. She will be dearly missed in the community. My sincere condolences to you and your family. Happy trails Anne, until we meet again.

My deepest sympathies to Gilles and family. Ann and I shared many a wonderful hack over the last few years and I will always remember her incredible spirit and boisterous laugh, and how she lead the way down the trails, holding our hands and hooves as we explored the valley on horseback. That I hack to this day is the essence of Ann's gift to an undoubtledly vast legion of equestrians in this area. Traiblazer extraordinaire you were -on many levels. Vale Ann.

Dear Dr. Marion,
As a former patient of yours (1974-late 80's), I never had the pleasure of meeting your wife. However, I do remember you speaking quite fondly of her on several occasions.
My parents and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
