Anne E. Southworth

Anne E. Southworth of Mount Prospect for 49 years A Mass for Anne E. Southworth, 94, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, at St. Cecilia Church, Golf Road (Route 58) and Meier Road, Mount Prospect. Born July 23, 1909, in Chicago, she died Tuesday, April 6, 2004. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Anne was a member of St. Cecilia Women's Club. She was an avid Sox fan and was still very active with her family. She was the wife of the late Douglas Southworth; mother of Jean Anne (the late Fred Jr.) Hallihan; grandmother of Fred III (Hilsa) Hallihan and Mary Beth (Tim) Koenig; great-grandmother of Fred IV (Tammy) Hallihan, Megan Hallihan, Alyssa Hallihan, Tim Koenig, Liz Koenig and Michael Koenig; and sister of Aurelia "Dolly" Scott. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass Monday, at the church. Please omit flowers. Arrangements were made by the Friedrichs Funeral Home, Mount Prospect.
