Mama,
It has been a little over 3 years since God took you home to be with Him. I miss you every day. This world here on earth is a little sadder for you not being here, but heaven is the more the richer for having you there. I miss you telling me that you love me. I miss your hugs. I miss the squeeze of your hand. I miss your wonderful laugh. I miss your love. Mostly I just miss my Mama.
Lily was just 4 months old when God took you. She is now 3 years old. You would get a kick out of her. She is Caleb's girl. She is beautiful and full of spirit. Caleb and Lindsay now have a son, David. He is 5 1/2 months old now. What a joy he is. He is always smiling. Mama you would just love so on these two children. Caleb and Lindsay are doing good. Caleb now has his own tile business. I worry about him working so much, but he does what he has to do. Lindsay is a great wife and mother and a wonderful daughter in law.
Drew just got married on March 1. Her name is Anne, but goes by Annie... how about that Mama. He is so very happy. I know without a doubt that she was sent by God. She is an answer to prayer.
Marvin takes care of his "granddaughter:, Ameri. She is Brandi's daughter. She is cute as a button and loves Marvin. Sonny has had several surgeries and doing the best he can. He just keeps trying to stay busy. Ayden will be 5, (I think) this year. He still looks just like Tony. Denise is Denise... always working and enjoying life. Christian is graduating from high school in May. Can you believe that?! I know you would be so proud. Greg is still in Sulligent, Al, and always working. He calls Daddy a couple times a month. We don't get to see him much. Pam has two grand-babies now. Jamie has a little boy, Dakota, and a little girl, Emerson. Mama, they are so precious!
Mama we watch out for Daddy. He is doing good. He retired in August 2015. He had heart surgery last year about this time. It was rough for a little bit. But he made it! Pam helps him with his bills and cooks for him. I clean the house. We see him every week and talk with him every day. I know he gets lonely and he surely misses you. He goes over to the plant every now and then and catches up with the men there. Tinker Bell passed away - she was so old and had a stroke. But Little Man is there keeping him company (lol).
Well, Mama, I guess I better go and get some things done.
I LOVE YOU! and always will.... till we meet again.
Love,
Gail

Mama, I miss you terribly. But I know you are in heaven and no longer in pain. I love you more than words can say. You always made sure we knew you loved us and that you were proud of us. God in his wisdom allowed me to have the best mama ever. Till we meet again. Your loving daughter, Gail
