Anthony McKeage Clawson

Anthony McKeage Clawson (March 25, 2004 - July 29, 2022) Born to Valerie Walker and Charles Clawson. He was raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Benjamin Franklin High School in 2022 and received a full scholarship to study Chemistry at Louisiana State University in the fall. Tony was a bright and guiding light to his family and friends. His clear minded intelligence, natural curiosity, and confidence accompanied with an ironic sense of humor allowed him to relate to people in all walks of life. He is survived by his mother Valerie Walker, grandfather Donald Anthony Walker, both of New Orleans and cousin Sonia Walker Chambers of California. Other survivors include his father, Charles Clawson, grandfather Robert Clawson, uncles Michael Clawson and Steven Clawson and aunt Georgia Lewis all of Pennsylvania, as well as his aunt Michelle Lewis of Texas. - My son, You were a humble young man so I will keep it short. You were poised for a brilliant life, and anything you wished to accomplish was within your grasp. Your capabilities as a budding scientist, an observer of life and history, along with your ability to readily communicate with everyone you encountered made you complete. Your vast interests, talents, and emerging personal elegance, combined with a wry sense of humor, was totally unique to your person. The fact that you died in a freak accident is an insult to all who knew and loved you. Your loss of life is unfathomable. Many people will miss you as long as we live. No one will miss you more keenly than I do. Love, your devoted Mama - A private celebration of life will be planned for a later date.
