May God Bless and keep you in my mind, don't let my mind forget as we do whenever we get older I want to remember a true friend. Anthony was kind, funny, and true to his friends. I know I will always miss him being able to give him a hug and hanging out and laughing together. Rest in peace my friend, until the day I join you in heaven and our souls recognize each other in our heavenly home. Save a spot for me up there my friend, I love and miss you Anthony. My condolences for your family, may they find strength to celebrate memories of your life as I do.

Joann and family: Holidays are a hard time for those that have lost loved ones. You are in my prayers and my heart goes out to you. I wanted you to know Celie had many friends all over Texas who loved him very much. Back in Oct. 2016 a large group of us in Houston held a memorial service in his honor at one of his favorite hang outs, The Houston Eagle. We all told stories of how we met him and the impact he had on our lives. We all miss him and know he is now in God's Kingdom and he is happy and smiling.

I never had the opportunity to meet this gentle kind man. It is now one of the lost moments in life. Rest in peace!

I had the honor of knowing Anthony while on Cheer Dallas and Dallas Pride Cheer who was a great motivator and friend. His smile was like no other and his energy was always great. I met you in the early 90s in Dallas and even then you were smiling. I do not think I have ever seen you NOT smiling. I hope you are smiling and resting in peace my brother.

Looking back at pictures, we were puppies when we first met back forever ago. I will always consider you my friend.

I met Anthony in the 90's when he started showing up with mutual friends at parties and/or clubs where I was DJing. I soon found out why he was everyone's friend. Anthony (Miss Celie) was one of the nicest and most genuine guys I've ever met. Loyal, a real friend who never missed a chance to come say hello and put a smile on my face and always make me laugh. He was the life of the party at times but other times he was the voice of reason. A heart of gold. We will miss Anthony... but we will never, ever forget him.

Anthony - Thank you for your infectious positive attitude and smile. Can't wait to see you doing back flips in heaven. I am blessed to have known you!

I had the pleasure of getting to know Anthony aka Cellie while I was member of Dallas Pride Cheer 2012 to present. He was an awesome cheerleader, awesome hype leader during the parades and a smile that was contagious! I am deeply saddened by his passing and send my condolences to his family at this time. Gone but never forgotten my friend!

I've had the pleasure of calling Anthony a friend since 9th grade at SGP! He was such a happy person. Always smiling, always laughing. Even though we lost touch, we would keep up through FB. I'm so very sorry for your loss but I know Heaven has gained such a sweet soul!
