Funeral services for Anthony Lynn "Tony" Marshall, 34, of Zavalla will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway-Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Huntington with Brother Cary Modisett officiating. Interment will follow in the Boykin Cemetery. Mr. Marshall was born May 8, 1971 in Beaumont, Texas, to Vivian Lee and H. L. Red Marshall, and died Saturday, February 18, 2006 in a local hospital. Mr. Marshall resided in Zavalla most of his life. He enjoyed hunting. Survivors include his daughter, Monica Rene Marshall of Center, Kentucky; son, Colton Lee Marshall of Zavalla; mother, Vivian Lee of Zavalla; father and mother, H.L. Red and Bonnie Marshall of Zavalla; sister, Leah Wiley of Zavalla; brother, Charles Oliver, Jr. of Zavalla; sister, Davalyn Stilwell of Zavalla; brother, Hollis Marshall of Zavalla; sister, Vicky Youngblood of Huntington; uncle, Henry Lee of Beaumont; and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Randy Marshall, on November 11, 2000. Pallbearers will be Chris Duncan, Richard Nicholas, Levi Duncan, John Wiley, David Jordy, Jr. and David Peters. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home in Huntington. Carroway-Claybar Funeral Home, Huntington, directors.
