Five years have passed but not a moment passes me by where I dont think of you. You enriched my life then, you continue to enrich my life now. Your teachings and advice will always be in my heart and I miss you more than anything. Love always Sean

Tony, we didn't know you for very long; you became part of our lives through our children. You are such a special person to Rylan. Thank you for giving him your blessing to be part of your family and allowing him to ask Meaghan's hand in marriage. You one of life's true gentlemen. Fair seas and following seas. RIP Tony.

I served with 'Afro' Tony Phelan in the late '60s and early '70s in submarines. We were both electricians and I have many fond memories of good times had with him both at Platypus and on the Otway. The Victorian submarine community send condolences to his family and kin in the time of bereavement. 'Afro' is on his last dive. RIP good friend. Keith (Boot) Hatfield
