Anthony Scalise

Anthony Michael Scalise, aged 61, of New York City, formerly of Lewiston, NY, entered eternal rest on November 20, 2024, after a brief illness. Born on April 17, 1963, in Illion, NY, Anthony was the beloved son of the late Frank and Marie Scalise. He is survived by his devoted wife and best friend, Theresa, and their cherished sons, Michael and Matthew. He also leaves behind several cousins, aunts, and uncles, including his dear Uncle Joseph, who lovingly raised him after the early passing of his parents.

Anthony was a man of deep faith and compassion, known for his love of travel and family gatherings, particularly in the serene deserts of Arizona. His life was a testament to his commitment to helping others, quietly offering support to the sick and needy. A dedicated member of the Knights of Columbus for over 35 years, Anthony found joy in serving his community, whether through cooking pancakes or engaging in weekly card games with friends.

His life was a reflection of his unwavering faith and love for those around him. Anthony's spirit will be remembered for his kindness and the joy he brought to those who knew him. In accordance with his wishes, a private service will be held for his immediate family. Friends and family are invited to honor his memory by making donations to The Knights of Columbus or The American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
