To Barbara and family,
The many moments I was fortunate to share with Tony are vivid in my memory...I'm sure many feel the same!

I was a patient with Tony for maybe 7 or 8 yrs. I would go to him yearly for my physicals (which he told me that I did not have to do...and to save my money..:-). Anyway I left NY in ‘92 and have never been satisfied with another doctor. To this day, I still talk about the great person he was to me. To have his practice on the UES, you would not know this when you meet Tony. He may as well had his office in the heart of the Village or in Chelsea or even the LES because that was the way he made you feel. He had no pretentions. He was so down to earth and in touch with the world around him. When I met him he was in his ‘30’s..I was in my 20’s and even though I am a Black man, I looked up to him as a role model. I am sorry that I did not get to share my appreciation to him. He truly was a man about the people he served. RIP Tony..you served mankind well.

To Barbara and family- I only just learned of Tony's death and cannot tell you how saddened I was to learn of this fact. I worked with Tony at Mt. Sinai for many years and respected him greatly. entrusted both my parents care to him. The care he provided to both of them was wonderful, he treated them with such love and kindness and always extended his friendship to my family. Will always remember his humor and his caring nature . Am so sorry that he left this world so early. He enriched many people's lives.

I remember Dr. Squire from my days as a medical student at Mount Sinai - before it was called the Icahn School. He was an amazing teacher and friend.

Dear Barbara and family. I heard today about Tony and was, of course, deeply saddened about the news of his death. He was a remarkable physician and person, with great energy and enthusiasm for life. What more can you say except that I hope that the memory of his life can sustain you during these difficult days. Jack Adler

To Barbara and family,
I knew Tony from when he was a medical student on KCC 3S
Tony was an extraordinary person who had such a zest for life.
He approached each new "challenge" with energy and passion. His love for the 3 of you filled his heart with such joy. His proudest roles were those of husband, friend and dad.
I share in your sorrow, but celebrate his life

To Barbara and family: We are all saddened to learn of your loss. Tony's smile was the norm whenever we met at Mt Sinai. He was admired for so many spheres of life; his energy was seemingly boundless, his warmth extending to all who had the fortune to share moments with him. Tony lives on in the many memories I have of him; he enriched all our lives! We are thinking of you at this time. Jerry
