I am so sorry to learn of Tony's passing. We saw each other at Ditto's a couple of years ago with our spouses.
I have known Tony since high school. He and my brother, Dan Motley, were best of friends going to Bishop David H.S., weddings, etc. Dan passed August 5.
My heart goes out to Patty, Renee and Ryan and all those grandchildren. May he rest in peace.

Tony was a loved friend I admired for many years. On occasion my wife and I would see Tony and his beautiful wife at Unity church. If memory serves me correctly I met Tony for the first time at the Barnett bar on pool night about 20 years ago, we would warm from time to time before league play. One night to my surprise Tony dropped the 8 ball 3 times in a row. His talent with a pool cue was astonishing to watch. I asked Tony I thought we was to get some practice we both laughed and he smiled I think he was surprised as well but that night I learned a lesson. No matter who you play or there handy cap their is alway someone such as Tony who has a gift and skill to teach a lesson. I´m sure in those past 20 years I could go on with other stories but, with love and a heavy heart, this world was better with Tony `s foot prints on it . I´ll miss our greeting, his hug and I am proud to say, I will miss you, my friend.

Tony was the kind of genuine that was no-nonsense. Whenever he smiled, you knew it was real, and it melted your heart.
