Mokopuna of Alec and Pepi Ormond, Jock and Judy (dec'd) Battes, loved nephew of Debra and Maehe, Donna and Byron, Barney, Megan and Mick, loved cuzzy bro of Whetu, Thomas, Alec, Steven, Bailey, Patricia, Carlton, Logan, Bella, Shopie.

I met Anton playin Rugby th Lake Mac Roos in th Newy comp. We wer mates instantly. As we startd playin, it was obvious this guy could easily play Super14 if he really wanted. Even now, long after Anoton left our club, his name still comes up in convos. "Rememba wen Anoton beat up th FlyHalf,Half Bak & FullBak frm Waratah once? Or how he scored 4 tries in 1 game wit a broke wrist? You'l never be forgot bro. much love man
