Antonia "Toni" Flores

Antonia "Toni" Flores, age 75 of Live Oak passed away November 17, 2012. She was born October 9, 1937 in Naco, Sonora, Mexico to Juan and Eduvigis (Baltierrez) Hernandez. Toni was an avid sports fan. She loved the Spurs and College Football especially OU. She enjoyed cooking and bowling and her favorite expression was "Mi Hijita" or "Mi Hijito". She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Joe Flores, sister, Tina and her brothers. Survivors include her husband, Miguel A. Flores, Sr.; children, Miguel Flores, Jr. and wife Karen, John Flores and wife Sofia; grandchildren, Marisa, Juan Andres, David, Joseph, and Nichole; 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Rosa Ruiz, Mary Hernandez, Minnie Conary, and Catalina Cabrera. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 21, 2012 from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at Colonial Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated Friday, November 23, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Monica's Catholic Church in Converse. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
