Antonio Capocelli Obituary
He is survived by his wife Sadyrs G. Capocelli of the home; two sons, Kevin A. Capocelli of Barling, AR, Dr. Anthony L. Capocelli, Jr. of Fort Smith, AR; sister, Rita Grasso of Rome, Italy, brother, Vittorio Capocelli of Littleton, Colorado; sister in law, Dr. Carmen DeLemos Chiarandini; 11 grandchildren, as well as 2 great grandchildren.
Memorial Mass service will be Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Christ the King Catholic Church in Fort Smith under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Mr. Capocelli was cremated under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home

Dear Capocelli family: I've just received your notification regarding Tony's passing. Please accept my deepest sympathies. While working at Macmillan in New York we shared a lot of laughs. My family remembers the great dinners we had at your house in Queens, New York. Tony was a wonderful man... My thoughts and prayers are with all of you...

Grandpa Capocelli was such a cool man! His sense of humor was impeccable and his political views were spot-on. Those of us in Winston-Salem, NC will always miss all of you Capocellis! May his legacy live on forever.

vostro padre Antonio era una persona fantastica...
anche se l'ho incontrato poche volte nel 1981 e nel 1984 era sempre sorridente
e sempre pronto a dare preziosi consigli di vita...
mi rimarra` sempre in mente la sua immagine di gigante buono pronto ad aiutare il prossimo...
I pochi felici momenti passati in famiglia con lui e nostro Zio Vittorio rimarranno sempre nella mia mente e nel mio cuore !
che Dio lo faccia accogliere tra gli Angeli del Paradiso e dia conforto a voi ed a tutta la vs Famiglia per la perdita del carissimo "Zio" Antonio ...

Mr Capocelli a great man that I will remember as big, strong and proud in every way. He always wanted his children to reach for the stars because being a Capocelli meant being the best, 2nd place was the same as loosing. He loved his wife with all his heart and I believe still does as he looks from above. Mr C always made you feel special as a guest in his . To be a friend of Tonys was special because he made you feel that way. I am grateful to have known this GIANT of a man. RIP
