Archibald Cherief

Archibald Cherief died on Tuesday, February 25th. Archi moved to the United States from France in 2003 with his wife, Carola and his three stepdaughters Claire, Alexandra and Sophia. He continued as he did in France to work in architecture and design in the homebuilding industry. In 2006 he created his company Triomphe Design, an interior design firm and passionately devoted his life to his company, friends, and family. Archi was always the life of the party, loving to share his passion for cooking, wine and cigars. Archi was an avid philanthropist donating each year to various causes locally and internationally. Among his favorite causes was Painted Turtle, a summer camp for children faced with life threatening illness. He furnished a battered home for women and children in Northridge. He sent uniforms to sponsor a children's soccer team in Africa. Recently, he contributed to Helping Parents Heal, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting bereaved parents by providing support and resources to aid in the healing process. He is survived by his wife Carola Cherief, his three stepdaughters Claire Bringardner, Alexandra Lopez and Sophia Plessier their spouses Gregoire Bringardner and Antonio Lopez and two step grandchildren, Chlo‚ and Charlotte Bringardner. He is also survived by his mother Cherifa Cherief and his sister Zabouda Kaidi, her husband Nacer Kaidi and nephew, Elias Kaidi. The Celebration of Life has been postponed.
