Archie TASHULAK Obituary
1934 – Regina, Saskatchewan
2015 – Calgary, Alberta
Archie Joseph Tashulak passed away in peace Saturday, March 21, 2015, with his wife and family by his side. Papa worked for Canada Post most of his life, and after 32 years of service, retired March 1990. Memories of his kindness, generosity, and ready laugh will be cherished by all who knew him. Papa loved to joke around and sing, especially his favourite song, "What a Wonderful World". In his younger days he loved to box and tap dance and earned the nick name "crazy legs Arch". He was an avid collector of eclectic items. He will be missed by his beloved wife, Sylvia; three step- daughters, Debbie, Susan (Doug), and Michele (Shane); adored grandchildren, Rochele, Garrett, Allisa, Christopher, Brandon, and Blaire; and two great- grandchildren, Sophia and Amina. He will also be remembered by his sisters, Lillian, Francis, Millie, Anna, Joan (Ray); brother Gordie (Brenda), as well as his extended family. An informal celebration of life will be held Saturday, March 28 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at 499 Royal Oak Heights NW. We would like to express our appreciation to the team at Foothills Hospital ICU, Pod A for such wonderful care. With special thanks to Dr.'s Noss, Lam, and Doig; and Dr. Patterson in Emergency. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made in Papa's honour to the Children's Wish Foundation.

My brother Archie will always be special to me. He had such a good nature and was full of humor. As an older brother, he taught me well and I have many fond memories of us that will remain with me forever. My wife Brenda and I as well as all his relatives, friends and acquaintances will miss him very much. WE LOVE YOU ARCH...
