Hi Bianca. I can't think of another person in the Windsor region who was as highly regarded as your Armando. Thinking back on our encounters over the past 35 years or so, I picture him with that twinkle in his eye, the smile and always the most gracious and best dressed gentleman in the room. I enjoyed talking politics with Armando as he was always "in the know" and on top of the issues in Ottawa, at Queen's Park and in Windsor as well as Essex County. I valued his friendship and I will miss him dearly.

Deepest sympathy to Mrs. Deluca and the family. Armando was our lawyer since we were just newlyweds back in the 60's. We considered him our friend, not just our lawyer, and we have many memories of pleasant meetings over the years. His advice was always wise and we trusted him completely. We remember his proud words of the children and grandchildren as he showed us their pictures. It was obvious how he loved you all! The world has lost a fine man and we have all lost a loyal friend. He will be sadly missed.

DeLuca family: I was fortunate enough to work at the then, Mousseau Law Firm, many years ago. I only have the fondest memories of Mr. DeLuca. He was a charming and intelligent man. He was always upbeat and would always have kind words or his trademark smirk for everyone. He earned, was and deserved all of the respect he was given by the community.

Mr. Deluca was a true humanitarian. I enjoyed his sense of humour, his fairness and his professionalism. It was a privilige to been part of is life when he was on the board for Windsor Housing Authority and I was employee. He recently handled my mother's estate and my mom said he was always a gentleman with a lasting smile.
