We stopped at the stand several times on our way in and out of Fl. Mr Robinson was wonderful and impressed us with what a nice person he was. The last trip we couldn't find the stand so went online to see why. We are very sorry and offer our sincerest condolences. We will miss Mr Robinson and his wonderful honey, candied pecans and mayhaw jelly.

Dear Robinson Family,
We want to express our sincerest condolences to you. We first met Arthur about 8 years ago on one of our many drives up to FSU. We bought a bag of his toasted pecans and we were hooked! We'd call him ahead of our visits to place our order and he'd always have them ready for us. We've shared them with family and friends and have even given them as gifts. On one visit, I didn't have enough cash for a jar of honey and he insisted I take it and trusted I would pay him on my next visit. He even gave us a little of his amazing brittle for our drives home!
We were so incredibly saddened to hear about his passing. We truly looked forward to stopping and chatting with him. He was just the sweetest man and we know he will be sorely missed.
Very sincerely,
Teresa and Rip Weachter

My condolences to the Robinson family. Author James and I were classmates. I have fond memories of him when we were in high school. When I come home I will miss visiting his pecan stand and reminiscing about our high school days. Prayers for the family. ( Howard Academy class of 68")
