Mr.Wolf was my first clarinet teacher at Charles E.Walters Elementary School. I will NEVER forget him. I am music teacher myself and the way he inspired me on the clarinet is a lesson I keep with me, always. He had me blow into my instrument as he played the notes and I was AMAZED. I can't wait to see him again in Heaven.

I still miss you Art-I can see your former home from my window, see my clarinet that I keep in that room (my living room), and carry on the love of music that you helped to refine in me. With much love, Pat

LuAnn,
I was so sorry to hear of Arthur's death. I wish I could have gotten to know him better. I play the beautiful CD he sent me of the music from one of his church services often. It is such wonderful music. Isn't it good to know that now he hears beautiful music we cannot begin to imagine of?? May God bless and comfort you in the days of your grief.
Your Kentucky friend,

Art was my teacher from 1954-58 when I was in high school in Park Forest, IL. His standards were high for me then and were "instrumental" in my going to Interlochen and taking a first prize for the Mozart Clarinet Concerto my senior year.
I wish I had known he was in the area (I've been in Minneapolis for almost 40 years now) as I would have loved to have visited him.
My condolences to the family.

Art was a great guy. He was more active that many people half his age. I really enjoyed being his student and his friend.

Arthur never gave up on my ability to play the clarinet, and improve. He was always an inspiration, musically, and personally. I have a harmonica now, as do two other former students. His enthusiasm for playing many instruments,, and his general love of music, was infectious. I will miss him, as a friend, and a teacher. Louann, I am very sorry.

Arthur was an inspiration to all the staff and residents at Redeemer Health and Rehab. He came to activities and the worship services with a desire to participate. We will miss him very much.
