Ruth Ulmer and family Because we care, our warmest thoughts go out to you today, with more concern and sympathy than we could ever say... Because we care, we're saddened by the grief you are feeling now, and want so much to comfort you and ease your heart somehow... We're hoping that the love of friends will help to see you through, and that time will bring you brighter days--because we care for you. May God, continue to bless and strenghten you and your family in the loss of your love one.

Uncle Artis,

I did not get a chance to say good-bye this time, but I will always cherish our conversations about the contributions you have made to this great city in the many buildings your company constructed. You, my father Charles Ray Ulmer, my other uncles, aunts, and extended family have made me so proud to carry the Ulmer name!!!

Your niece love eternally,
Joan Ulmer & Family

As we both greive, we have comfort of knowing GOD is in control. Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.
