Asa worked for Campbell Soup Company, Napoleon for 49 years. He also enjoyed traveling with is wife and spending time outdoors.
He is survived by his wife, Joann; sons, Asa (Toni) Ottinger, Jr. and Randall Ottinger; grandchildren, Joe (Amy) Ottinger, Greg Ottinger (Rebecca Newell), and Maryann Ottinger; and a sister, Sharon (Tim) Giesge. He was also preceded in death by a son, James; and siblings, Ben Fetterly and Twilla Coulter.
Per Asa's wishes he will be cremated and there will be no formal services.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the CHP Inpatient Hospice Center.
