We are so sorry to hear about the loss of Lake County Commissioner Mrs. Audrey Nixon. We loved her. She loved us back. She served God and her community with a legacy that makes all of us in the city of North Chicago proud. She treated each one of us as a member of her family. We thank her for all that she has done for the city, the county, the state and for the overall community. We hope that what she has shown us through the way she lived her life and through her hard work, she will inspire the next generation to rise up and be motivated to be like her. Her wonderful spirit, her strength, her commitment and her dedication will continue on. We will be praying for her family and those left with such a great loss. Thank you Mrs. Nixon and God rest your precious soul.
