Pamela E. Wallace, 67
SCARBOROUGH – Pamela E. Wallace, 67, of Windham passed away peacefully, after a long illness, on Saturday Aug 8, 2015 surrounded by her family at the Gosnell Hospice House in Scarborough. She was born on August 18, 1947 in Portland, the daughter of Paul and Phyllis Brown. Pamela was educated in the Westbrook school system and made a home and raised her family in Windham.
Pamela spent many years caring for the elderly and befriended all those she cared for. She loved her family and friends and every moment she had with them. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, going to the beach, the Red Sox, playing cards, reading and being part of her grandchildren's lives. She spent many afternoons and weekends camped out at the fields watching them play ball and she especially loved spending time with her granddaughter Lindsay. She also cherished the longstanding friendship she shared with a special group of women with whom she shared many laughs and good times with.
Pamela is predeceased by her parents; and her sister Kim. She is survived by her husband Joseph Sr.; her three sons, Joseph Jr. of Gorham, Derik of Windham and Stephen of Saco; her three brothers William and John and wife Ellie of Lakeland Fla. and Michael of Limington; nine grandchildren, Damon, Blake, Colby, Lindsay, Bridgette, Chloe, Kailey, Ben and Cody; three great-grandchildren, Beckham, Owen and Ryker; five nieces and three nephews.
At Pamela's request there will be no funeral service or visiting hours. A private service for her final resting place will be at a future date.
