Peacefully, at home, on Mon., Nov. 7, 2016. Survived by his beloved wife, Arlene D. Howard; and daughters, Ardretta and Dionne Howard. Visitation Mon., Nov. 14, 2016, 10-11 a.m. at Central Baptist Church, Hill District with service to follow at 11 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to HOUSE OF LAW, INC., Penn Hills.

Very sorry for the loss of Leon. An A#1 great guy who always brought everyone up with him. He was a shining light. He will be missed.

Ms. Arlene I am very sorry for your loss. Sammy and I will miss seeing Leon. He was a very kind man and always made us smile. I will miss his stories of shopping at Macy's for his stylish clothes. He will be greatly missed!! It was our pleasure to help take care of him.
