Aumont Pierre Friday (Omar) (Mont) son of Archie Friday and Edith Lawrence was born November 28, 1963 in Morristown, New Jersey. Aumont departed this world to be with our heavenly Father in Paradise on January 4, 2018 Aumont grew up in Morristown where he attended the Morris School District. Graduating from Morristown High School in 1982. Aumont had a passion for cooking. His passion lead him to becoming a chef at Fairleigh Dickenson University for many years and then the Nevele Hotel in New York. He took a lot of pride showing his grandchildren how to work their way around the kitchen. Aumont had a deep love for his family. He loved old music, dancing, singing, and spending time with his grandchildren and friends when he visited Morristown. Aumont moved to Jersey City in 2000 where he met the love of his life Darlene. He moved to Middletown, New York in 2004. Aumont is predecease by his Father Archie Friday, Mother Edith Lawrence, three Sisters Margaret Lynn Doster, Deborah Friday, Jackie Taborn and Nephew Eugene Friday. Aumont leaves to cherish his memory two daughters Michelle Friday (Duran Ward) of Newark, NJ and Lee-Ann Tolliver of Morristown, NJ. Two sisters Mamie Friday of Morristown NJ and Kizzy Henderson of Lawrenceville, Georgia. Common law wife Darlene Douglass, Step children William Cook (Tiffany Cook), Aaron Douglass, five grandchildren Jazmyne Ward, William Cook, Azaria Cook, Achilles Denoi-Cook and Leon Cook, three God-sons Walter Sims, Ian Titus and Quandell Dobbs. A host of relatives and friends.
