Dear Josée and Steven,
I was deeply saddened to hear of your Dad’s passing. I worked with Aurèle at the Police station in Aylmer for almost 10 years and to me he was a down to earth guy and sympathetic too.
In Florida we kept missing each other, but he did raid my grapefruit tree, then one day we meet here in the parking lot of the shopping center in Aylmer and we talked for a good while, he seemed so happy retired, and he loved those grandkids.
He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time, just keep the good memories.

I considered Aurele to be a good friend. He was a great contributor to our Tim Hortons golf group. He worked as a marshal at the Club de Golf Les Vieux Moulins and was always willing to accommodate. A positive guy who enjoyed life and was fun to be with. He will definitely be missed and ''WELL'' remembered.
Sincerely,
Hervé Lavallée
