B. Crenshaw Obituary
Born in Charlotte, NC on December, 31, 1943, he was the son of the late B. Carlisle Crenshaw, Sr. and Roberta Frisby Crenshaw.
A graduate of Garinger High School, he also received a business degree from Kings College.
Carlisle was self-employed for many years, owning and operating a floor- covering business until his retirement.
He was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Turner Crenshaw; a daughter, Cathy Crenshaw Doheny; a son, B. Carlisle Crenshaw, III and his wife, Kimberly; 2 granddaughters, Jade Doheny and Sofia Crenshaw, all of Charlotte; a sister, Sarah Crenshaw Jenkins and her husband, Jim and a niece, Brennen of Pickens, SC.
Friends may visit Thursday evening, June 2, 2016 from 6 to 8 pm at McEwen Derita Chapel, 6300 Mallard Creek Road, Charlotte, NC 28262.
Graveside services are planned for 11 am Friday, June 3, 2016 at Charlotte Memorial Gardens.
Contributions in memory of B. Carlisle Crenshaw, Jr. may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Humane Society of Charlotte.
