In the early 1960´s , Barbara was my camp counselor at North Shore Day Camp. She was just a teenager, and I was an awkward 7-year-old , but what a patient and compassionate person she was! I started out terrified of horses...but thanks to "Miss Barbara " learned to enjoy horseback riding...which I still enjoy today.
I am so sad to hear of her passing, but comforted in the knowledge that she was loved by so many !
