Barbara Jean Cook ANDERSON, S.C. Dec. 14, 1931 - July 6, 2012 Barbara Jean Cook, age 80, of 107 Oak Knoll Terrace, Anderson, passed away on Friday, July 6, 2012, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Syracuse, N.Y, she was the daughter of late William Smith and the late Elizabeth Solmonson Smith. She was a homemaker and a member of Spring Creek Presbyterian Church in Abingdon, Va. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, David William Cook; two sons, David Hayes and James Hayes of Syracuse; a daughter, Susan Fullum of Concho, Ariz.; 2 step sons, David Cook of Anderson and Donald Cook of Beaumont, Texas; a step daughter, Debi Wade of Anderson; a brother, William Smith of Branford, Conn.; and 23 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the residence from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 8, 2012.
