Barbara Jane Kallinikos Obituary
Barbara was born on July 20, 1946 to the late Elizabeth and Michael Stringer in New York, New York. She was raised in Flushing, Queens with her sisters, Gail and Catherine.
Devoted wife of Andrew for 44 years. Beloved mother of Elizabeth LaRosa and her husband Joseph, Michael Kallinikos, Jennifer Walsh and her husband Matthew. Loving grandmother (Nana) of Jonathan, Angelyna, Hailey, and Matthew. Also survived by many nieces and nephews who loved her beyond measure.
Barbara was the heart of her home and family. She worked from home while raising her three children. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. She loved to cook, was a die hard Yankees fan, and the QVC queen. She was strong, loving and kind. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
Memorial mass to be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, 188 MacArthur Avenue, Garfield, New Jersey 07026.
