Barbara F. Kibler

Barbara Kibler, widow of Lauck Kibler passed away peacefully Tuesday, surrounded by
her children.She had three children, Laura Brown (Craig), Dan Kibler (Tracey) and Tom Kibler
(Lisa), 6 grandchildren - Travis Brown, Ryan Brown, Trent Brown, Dakota Kibler, Krey Kibler and
Drew Kibler, and 5 great grandchildren, Zoe, Jonah, Eve, Elsie and Parker. She has a sister in
Arizona, Dian Flach who she adored, and 3 nieces, Kathy Flach, Karen Pescatore and Cheryl
Flach-Jaffe. She said many times how lucky she was to have been blessed by such a wonderful
family.
She grew up in Brooklyn New York and Rockville Center,Long Island. She graduated
from Allegheny College, with a degree in Teaching and Shippensburg University, with her
Masters in Library Science. She began playing the cello at 39 years old and played with the
Hershey Symphony and the Central Pennsylvania Symphony. She Loved music, books,
gardening and antiques.
She loved her children very much, they were the light of her life.
