Barbara was a treasured member of the Cohanzie School staff for many years. We had lots of laughs, some tears, and umpteen memories of our years together. When she came to the 60th birthday party for Helen Hill and myself at Noey Parker's home, her "joke gift" will always be mentioned whenever we gather!
You are in my thoughts and in my prayers.

Dear Carrie and other family members,
I worked with Barbara at Clark Lane Middle School for many years. Through all of the adversity she faced she never wavered. She loved her students and always fought for what was best for them and she will always remain in my heart as an icon of strength to persevere and continue to fight for what we all know is right. She was a beautiful lady, inside and out and I am proud to have known her and worked along side of her. The world is a better place for having had her here. God Bless all of you and know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

Carrie, my sympathies to you on the loss of your Mom. During my years at WHS, her smile was always a "bright light" for me. Prayers will be offered at First Congregational Church of Watertown this Sunday. Blessings to you and your family.

What a loving tribute, Carrie. Memories of her will leave smiles on the faces of the people who knew her and loved her. Sounds like she touched many lives. She will live on in those people and they will share what they learned from her.
