Barbara always made me smile. When our kids were in school, she was always so welcoming to all of our students, new teachers, new parents, and she never made anyone feel left out. Barbara was such an intelligent person but never made anyone feel less intelligent. Barbara, you were a great friend to all of us and I will always cherish our friendship and times we spent together from our Santa Clara Elementary School, Santa Clara High School in class and out on the court and field at our kids sport events, and throughout our lives as our kids became adults and continued being the best of friends! I will always feel honored that I had you as my beautiful friend Barbara in life! Love and miss you, but you will always be remembered.
Our thoughts and prayers and deepest sympathies to our Laubacher Family.

Barbara was an outstanding student and natural leader in high school. She always seemed to have a smile on her face, approachable and kind. It looks like she continued to excel and accomplish wonderful work throughout her life, most importantly her beautiful and loving family. A life well lived, indeed...and now she rests in her loving Saviors arms.
Prayers for the family and all her loved ones.

I learned of Barbara's passing from Alice Brittingham Cassese. Barbara and I were good friends in high school and I have many memories of her company at Loyola High functions and just hanging out with our friends from Marymount. I want to express my heartfelt condolences to the Laubacher and Martini families.
