ATLANTIC — Barbara Ann Marburger, 53, of 3023 Pine Road, Atlantic, died Monday, May 18, 2009, at Meadville Medical Center.She was born Sept. 24, 1955, in Geneva, a daughter of Ralph and Twila Butler Kepple. She married Gary D. Marburger on July 31, 1976.She worked as a floral designer at Giant Eagle in Meadville, and she enjoyed gardening. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Meadville and enjoyed encouraging people in the Lord. She graduated Commodore Perry High School, class of 1974. She was called "Grandma Sunshine" by her grandchildren.Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Gary Marburger; her parents, Ralph and Twila Kepple of Hadley; two sons, Mathew T. Marburger and his wife, Mandy, of Binghamton, N.Y., and Andrew N. Marburger of Atlantic; a daughter, Andrea Denise Marburger of Great Falls, Mont.; two grandchildren, Ethan and Audree Marburger of Binghamton; three brothers, Dennis Kepple of Atlantic, Russell Kepple of Cochranton, and John Kepple and his wife, Michelle, of Cochranton; and a sister, Joan Hall and her husband, Jeff, of Atlantic.The memorial service is today at 5 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, Randolph Street, Meadville, with a family gathering at the social hall after the memorial service, with the Rev. Doug Messerall officiating.Arrangements are under the direction of Dickson Funeral Home, 130 N. Second St., Conneaut Lake.
