Barbara Alice Morgan

Barbara Alice Morgan, aged 92, passed away on May 18, 2024, in Gardnerville, Nevada. She lived 60 years in Stony Brook, NY, where she held a deep love and appreciation for all the Three Village community offered. She was predeceased by her brother Wade Kelly and her sister Elizabeth Vitacco. Barbara is survived by her 10 children, 20 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Barbara, a loving mother and grandmother, deeply cherished her family. She found joy in gardening, caring for her two cats, and frequenting the grocery store, post office, and library. An avid reader, she made sure her glasses were always in perfect condition to indulge in books and television shows.

Barbara attended St. Gregory School in Brooklyn, NY, and Bishop McDonnell Memorial High School before furthering her education at Hunter College. She worshipped at St. James Roman Catholic Church in Setauket, NY.

In her spare time, Barbara enjoyed gardening, reading, and cooking. Her memorial service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on August 5, 2024, at St. James Roman Catholic Church, 429 Route 25A, Setauket, New York 11733. Contributions in her memory can be made to The Emma S. Clark Library, Setauket, NY.
