Barbara Pangle Obituary
She was a member of Rocky Point Baptist Church and faithfully taught children and adults in Sunday School for many years. She sang in the church choir until she was 90. Her hobbies were sewing, counted cross-stitch and reading. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and will be sadly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob Pangle; parents, James M. and Ethel Turner; sisters, Maxine Cope and Joyce Seals; and brother, James K. Turner.
She is survived by her daughters, Brenda (Gene) Huffstutler and Janice (Dean) Pack; grandchildren, Jeff (Jennifer) Heath, Kara (Michael) Baumann and Blake (Julie) Huffstutler; great-grandchildren, Madelyn Heath, Jacob Baumann, Wesley Heath, Anna Kate Baumann and Mia Huffstutler; sister, Shirley Lyons; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 26 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Tim Jones and the Rev. James Williams officiating.
Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Monday, June 27 at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery for graveside services.

We dearly loved Mrs. Barbara Pangle. She was a tremendous blessing to the Pregnancy Crisis Center in the early years. She was always an encouragement to me and gave me wise advice. I thank God that He allowed me to know her this side of Heaven. She was always quick to let me know that she was ready to go when God was ready for her. Blessings and prayers,
