Barbara Sherwin Obituary
Barbara was born May 5, 1941 in Ashland, Ohio to Oliver and Dorothea {McInerney} Messmore.
Barbara worked at the McIntire Basket Factory in Creston. She was also a volunteer at Altercare of Wadsworth. Barbara was a member of the First Christian Church in Wadsworth. She was a bowler, loved to dance, and play cards. Barbara loved to sing karaoke with her brother Denny. She loved working at Dancing Denny's driving range.
Barbara will be deeply missed by her sister Iletha (Rod) Poolman of Three Rivers, MI; and many nieces and nephews.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, brother Dennis Messmore, and sister Patricia Whitt.
Funeral services will be Wednesday October 15 at 2 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Seville. Following the service there will be a meal at the First Christian Church in Wadsworth. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church in Wadsworth at 116 E Boyer St. Wadsworth, OH 44281.
