Barbara Simcox A memorial service for Barbara Simcox will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday afternoon, March 26, 2011, at St. Luke United Methodist Church with the Rev. Gale Flannary officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Luke United Methodist Church, 105 North St., Bristol, VA 24201. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family and viewed by visiting www.Oakley-Cook.com Barbara Simcox of Bristol Virginia gently passed into God's arms on Wednesday, March 23, 2011, from Bristol Regional Medical Center. Arrangements especially for Mrs. Simcox and her family have been made through Oakley-Cook Funeral Home & Crematory.
