Barbara Wardell Obituary
Born on June 15, 1933, in New York, Barbara's life was marked by resilience, creativity, and devotion to her family. After spending her early years in New York, she moved to California where she met her husband, John. Together they built a life and raised five children. Eventually they relocated to Florida to be closer to her family.
A talented entrepreneur with a passion for Teaching and Sewing , Barbara opened "The Stitchery Shop" in Miramar, Florida. Her shop became a cherished space for creativity and community connection.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband John; daughter Deanna; and son Ned. She is remembered by her children: Jadine Chase; Denise Adams and her husband Eric; and son John Wardell. Along with her many Beloved Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren
Inurnment will take place at The Florida National Cemetery at a future date, where Barbara will be laid to rest beside her husband.
May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
