Barry Smallwood, 60, of Spring City, PA, passed away on February 2, 2024. He was a kind and gentle soul who loved going on hikes and frequently volunteered at local soup pantry. Barry was an active member of prayer breakfasts in his community.

Barry is survived by his brother, John Smallwood. He was preceded in death by his father, John Smallwood, his mother, Jacqueline Smallwood, and his sister, Lorraine Smallwood.

Barry attended Archbishop Kennedy High School. He served in the US Army and later provided transportation services for the elderly and those with handicaps. Most recently, he worked for the Phoenixville School District.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Barry's viewing on Friday, February 9th, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 819 E. Cathedral Road, Philadelphia, PA 19128. A funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM.

Memorial donations can be made to Grace Crossing Church, 248 Church Street, Phoenixville, PA.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Clare McIlvaine Mundy Funeral Home in Philadelphia, PA 215-482-8878
